1. College of Agriculture, Imphal, Manipur
The College offersinstructions both at Under-graduate as well as Post-Graduate levels leading to the award of B.sc. (Agri.) and M.sc. (Agri.) degrees respectively. Since the establishment of the University, 298 students in B.Sc. (Agri.) and 101 in M.Sc. (Agri.) have successfully completed their degree requirements. During the year 2004, twelve students of this College qualified for JRF/admission in M.Sc. (Agri.) through All India Test conducted by the ICAR. At Present, 191 students are on roll in the College of Agriculture, including 28 (Agri.) students.
2. College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Selesih, Mizoram
The College offers 5-year B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree programme. First batch of 8 students passed out during 2002-03. In the Second batch during 2003-04 academic session, 10 students passed out. Out of these 10 students, 8 (eight) students qualified in the JRF/Post-Graduate admission test conducted by the ICAR on All India basis.
3. College of Fisheries, Lembucherra, Tripura
The College offers 4-year B.F.Sc. degree programme. The First batch of 5 students successfully completed B.F.Sc. degree in 2001-02, 10 (ten) students passed out during 2002-03. In the Third batch during 2003-04, 14 (fourteen) students passed out from this college and all of them qualified in JRF/Post-Graduate admission test conducted by the ICAR.
4. College of Horticulture & Forestry, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh
At present, the College offers 4-year B.Sc. (Hort.) degree programme. The First batch of 16 (sixteen) students passed out during 2003-04 academic session. Out of these, 13 (thirteen) students qualified in JRF/Post-Graduate admission based on All India level test conducted by the ICAR.
5. College of Home Science, Tura, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya
The College offers 4-year B.Sc. (Home Science) degree programme. It has started functioning from the academic session 2005-06 with initial enrolment of 10 (ten) students.

Courses Offered:
1. B. Sc. (Agril):
Candidates should have passed 10+2 exam with a) English b) Physics c) Chemistry d) Math/Biology/ Agriculture with 60% marks for General Category and 50% marks for SC/ST and In-service candidates with at least 3 years regular service.
2. M.Sc. (Agril):
Candidate should have passed B.Sc. (Agril) exam with at least on OGPA of 2.6 0n 4 point scale or 6.5 in 10 point scale or equivalent grade for General Category relaxable by 5% marks for SC/ST & In-service candidates with 3 years regular services.
